I wanted to share a blog post on some resources to be a better ally and how we can all make a difference in this movement. I’m also hosting a live pilates workout with SALT Hot Pilates in San Diego on Instagram that you’ll be able to access indefinitely. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Black Lives Matter Global Network.
