My love for face oils runs deep. You probably hear it all the time, but if you’re not looking like a glazed donut when you go to bed, you’re doing it wrong. It’s always the last step in my nightly skincare routine and I even use it in my makeup routine to prevent my makeup from creasing and looking cakey (more on this below).

I love when face oils have multiple purposes. You can apply it to your face to hydrate and retain moisture, apply it to your hair for moisture and shine, add it to your foundation to prevent cakiness, stretch marks, removing makeup, lip gloss, you name it. A multipurpose product is life and we love something that allows you to get more bang for your buck. When I first tried Loli Beauty’s best-selling glow-inducing rejuvenating beauty oil, Plum Elixir, I tried it on all the things; face, hair, even on my eczema patches on my body.

Pro tip: if your under eyes tend to get dry and crease after makeup application, try adding a tiny bit to the under-eye area before applying concealer. I even add a very small amount to my foundation and it truly prevents the makeup from looking all cakey. Truuuuust.
