TRAVEL GUIDE: PALM SPRINGS
/Palm Springs has always been a fave destination for me. It’s a super quick drive from SoCal and really has everything you would want for a weekend in the sun. I’ve gone there for bachelorette parties and for random getaways. It’s really the perfect place for a quick getaway. If you’re looking to just have a weekend in the sun at a really cute house, I’d also check out the surrounding areas for more house options.
I’ve stayed in La Quinta before and it was one of my favorite Airbnbs. I’ve visited in the summer and winter and both have a different vibe. The summer is HOT! Dry heat, but still. I’ve gone in the winter before and it was warm during the day & chill in the evening. I’ll keep going back during the summer & winter! Here are some recommendations on where to stay, eat & play. Comment here or DM me on Instagram if you have any other recs!
TRAVEL GUIDE: PALM SPRINGS
WHERE TO STAY
I usually stay at Airbnbs but to try a few hotels and will continue to update this travel guide with more hotel/house rental spots. Keep scrolling for some Airbnb tours from the spots I’ve stayed in. You can also check out the tours on Instagram and Youtube.
Villa Bella: Loved this house we stayed at in La Quinta. Full disclosure, when we booked this house it was around $300 a night. It increased a lot since then. It does fit 10 and it was designed HGTV’s Vintage Flip so there’s that.
Hidalgo House: We stayed here most recently. It’s located in Palm Springs and close to many things. The space and decor are also really cute.
The Bachelorette Party House: this house was huge and slept 14! Finding a house for a large bachelorette party wasn’t easy but this was a great spot. Lots of room for activities. Also, HERE’S a post on my top tips for throwing a bachelorette party.
